Best location you can get with awesome swimming pool and sauna although you need to go early to avoid crowd. The front desk was super polite. Room was nice for the price, but the heater is central-controlled and the room wasn’t warm enough during night. The check-in queue was bit long and slow. But overall recommended.

Clean and well maintained appart-hotel. We've been there Dec. '23 - Jan. '24. It comprises several buildings and has dedicated space for spa, parking, ski equipment, and even a little shop. There is towel service (extra pay) ans the final cleaning is included in the price. There's a separate spa centre (extra pay) and a restaurant they work with, Voga Goga. We had half-board and the nasty surprise that the meals were not registered in their system. Prices above average.

Perfect check-in at hotel reception. Recommended parking in garage below the hotel for reasonable price. Perfect location near slopes/lift.

Eden Arc - Safety First!! Please, please, please., I told reception and my request was obviously ignored as it wasnt moved by the time we left. For anyone staying here, they have a Defib Unit in the entrance to block 5/7 etc., (entrance to the left of the Spar shop), and right in the entrance there is a Lifesaving Defib , Unfortunately the whole unit is hidden behind am 8 foot tall advertising board!!! Please., this could save someones Life., please remove the adverting board and ensure the Defib is Visible. We only discovered it when my Grandson dropped his bottled and it rolled underneath the display board! Unbelievable
